Terms and conditions for use of the Unit4 services

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND Unit4

The Unit4 Time and Expenses account is offered to you on condition that you accept all the following terms, conditions, regulations and statements without making changes or reservations. Your use of Unit4 Time and Expenses means that you accept all such terms, conditions regulations and statements.

SUPPORT
Support takes place via a superuser within his/her own organisation. Information about the Unit4 products is listed on www.current.no

In order to use the services, you first need to open an account. Please select a user name (your e-mail address) and password, and complete the registration process by providing complete and accurate details as requested on the relevant registration form. You are personally responsible for keeping your password and account information private and confidential. Furthermore, you are personally responsible for all activities done via your account. You agree to notify Unit4 immediately in cases of unauthorised use of your account, or other cases of security contravention. Unit4 is not responsible for any loss as a consequence of others using your password or your account, regardless of whether you knew about such usage or not. You may, however, be held responsible for Unit4’s loss resulting from others using your account or your password, regardless of whether you knew about such usage or not. Using other people’s accounts without permission from the account holder is prohibited. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING USAGE
Unit4 has the right to amend the terms, agreements and statements for the Unit4 Travel & Expenses services, including, but not limited to, the prices for using the Unit4 services. You are personally responsible for reading through the terms and conditions regularly. If you continue to use the Unit4 Travel & Expenses services, this implies that you agree to all such terms, agreements and statements. CONNECTING TO THIRD PARTY WEB SITES
The Unit4 Travel & Expenses services may include connections to third party web sites (connected web sites). Connected web sites are not controlled by Unit4 , and Unit4 is not responsible for the content on these connected web sites. Unit4 cannot be held responsible for connections on the connected web sites either. Unit4 is not responsible for web casting or other types of transferring received from connected web sites. Furthermore, Unit4 is not responsible should the connected web site not function properly. Unit4 makes connections to other web sites merely to accommodate you, which does not imply that Unit4 has endorsed the web site, or that Unit4 has any contact with the web site administrators. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with and follow the statements concerning protection of personal data and the conditions for using the connected web sites.

SOFTWARE AND CONTENT AVAILABLE TO Unit4 Travel & Expenses SERVICES
All content and prospective software made available for viewing and/or downloading in connection with the Unit4 Travel & Expenses services, are owned by and are products with copyright belonging to Unit4 and/or the company’s supplier, and are protected by law and international copyright conventions and the immaterial rights listed in The Norwegian Copyright Act of 12 May 1961 no. 2 (Åndsverksloven). Unit4 AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL UNDER NO CONDITION VOUCH FOR AND BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS AVAILABLE WITH THE Unit4 services, AND THEIR USEFULNESS, AUTHENTICITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY AND EXACTNESS OR FOR THEM BEING FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER DAMAGING COMPONENTS. ALL SUCH INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE, AND ALL SUCH PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE DELIVERED AS IS, AND EXCLUDING GUARANTEES OF ANY SORT. Unit4 AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM LIABILITY AND ANY OBLIGATION RELATED TO SUCH INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE, AND SUCH PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, HEREUNDER ALL IMPLIED GUARANTEES AND OBLIGATIONS REGARDING MARKETABILITY, BEING USEFUL FOR A CERTAIN PURPOSE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE AND COPYRIGHT. THE DISCLAIMER ALSO INCLUDES ANY LIABILITY WHICH COULD OTHERWISE FOLLOW AS A CONSEQUENCE OF A POSSIBLE VIOLATION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
YOU PARTICULARLY NEED TO ACCEPT THAT Unit4 WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATIONS TO YOUR TRANSFERS OR DATA, MATERIAL OR DATA THAT ARE SENT OR RECEIVED, OR THAT ARE NOT SENT OR RECEIVED.

GENERAL TERMS AND AGREEMENTS FOR USAGE AND STORING
You accept that Unit4 will not be held responsible for deleted, damaged or unsuccessful storage of content kept or transferred by the service.
Unit4 DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNTROUBLED, IN TIME, SAFELY OR WITHOUT FLAW.
